As we had informed earlier, India was under a lockdown till April 14, 2020. In order to further curb the spread of COVID-19 in India, this morning, the Prime Minister announced an extension of the lockdown till May 3, 2020. As such, we believe that all due dates falling till May 3, 2020, would now shift to the day on which the IP office reopens. The IP Office is likely to issue a notification confirming the same shortly. We will update you once such notification is issued.
