We would like to update that the nationwide lockdown in India is further extended up till May 17, 2020. Accordingly, the Indian IP office has issued a notification extending the due dates and deadlines in all IP statues falling during this period to May 18, 2020. 

Meanwhile, the IP Offices have resumed functioning (with reduced strength) and the Patent Office has started issuing First Examination Reports (FERs), foreign filing licenses, etc.
