Secondary liability of internet intermediaries for copyright infringement by their users is one of the most debated issues in global copyright circles today. Despite specific provisions in their copyright legislation by countries like the USA and Australia, their judicial precedents teach that the finding of secondary liability on intermediaries is subjective and fact oriented.
